Brief: One of the measures to calculate the effectiveness of an executed marketing campaign using the informed delivery program is the reach of digital content to the consumer. The proportion of users registered for the program; i.e. informed delivery email receivers, how many receivers opened the email and after opening it how many clicked on the digital content (image or link) and visited the brand’s website or availed a promotion. Different filters such as mailer ID, Campaign ID or Brand Name etc. are available to slice and dice the data further to support decision making.
